02 Schedule A Showing
After you find a property you are interested, click "Schedule A Showing" and select a time to go look at the property.
03 Review Our Rental Guidelines
Once you have decided on a place you want to rent, the next step is to review our rental guidelines. We put together a list of guidelines that will make your rental experience simple and pain-free, and it it really important to read through the guidelines BEFORE you apply for the property.
04 Submit an Online Application
When you are ready to rent then it is time to fill out an online application. Just go back to our Available Rentals page and click on "Apply" for the property you want to rent.
