  • Places signs and lockboxes
  • Performs interior and exterior inspections
  • Makes claims on security claims
  • Meets with prospective owners and tenants
  • Places rental properties on website and different internet marketing sites
  • Ensures background checks are conducted on prospective tenants
  • Is responsible for client service satisfaction
