What does a Franchise Owner do Each Month?

What does an All County Franchise owner do each month?

Simple – They rent homes. That is a what a property manager does.

But what are their day-to-day operations like?

Well if you talk to our Franchisees you’ll realize pretty quickly that they didn’t get into the business to be a property manager. They got into the business to be a business owner. They wanted to build their own business to help them build wealth, financial freedom, more lifestyle choices, etc..

If you are considering investing in an All County Franchise then you will be encouraged to speak with our current franchisees as you are going through the Application Process.

But to get you started, watch the video below of the All County CEO Sandy Ferrera talking about life as a franchisee.

Our lead digital strategist, Brandon Paul, got a change to sit down with Sandy and get her to explain different parts of the the All County system and the All County Franchise opportunity. Her response will prepare you for the month-to-month operations as a franchise owner.

Watch the video and check out the transcript below.

And if you want to know more about the All County Franchise Opportunity then I encourage you to download the All County Brochure. It is a good place to start.

Sandy Ferrera:

A life in the franchisee, we get that question a lot, and it really depends on the franchisee. Initially, the early days of the business the franchisee wears many hats, and in some cases all the hats. But as you talk to our franchisees you will realize that they didn’t get in this business to be a property manager, they got into this business to be a business owner, and have extracted themselves out of the day-to-day operations and really are facilitating the growth of their business. I get asked the question all the time how much money I can make and, of course, we can’t tell you, everybody is a little bit different. The best thing when you’re researching a franchise, whether it’s our franchise or another franchise concept, is you want to talk to the franchisees. You want to talk to the people that walked or will be walking in your shoes. You want to make sure that it’s a business that works for you. And it’s not a sexy business, it doesn’t have this sleek image. What I love about this business is that we provide a really valuable service. It’s a segment of the real estate industry which has been forgotten for so many ages and yet we make up one third of all the housing in the US. We make up one third of the real estate market. But over the years education has been extremely low, regulation has been almost non-existent, and homeowners as well as tenants have been forgotten along the lines.

And we really changed the industry. You take the most valuable asset in most people’s portfolio and then you take the resident or customer over here on the other side, and it’s the most money that they pay every month for anything they have. And so you put those two together and there’s a lot of emotions. There’s all of this going on and we go in there and we take that and we handle that whole relationship and we make the homeowner feel good about their investment and we show them how to maximize the rate of return, and we make the resident feel comfortable and know that they’re appreciated because they’re taking care of this. And we do appreciate our residents, they’re a part of us. And so we focus on the customer aspect and not so much on the contracts. We bring the human aspect into it. And I love that because you don’t get that when you talk to most people about property management.
