Our support begins with the initial four days of classroom training at our corporate headquarters prior to opening and continues throughout the life of your business. After four days of classroom training provided one week before opening, All County provides an additional two days of on-site training for each franchise about one month after the franchise opens for business. Then, All County’s senior management customizes a strategic plan for each franchise and schedules regular follow up calls with each franchise owner.
