Kim’s Story

After nearly three decades of experience in corporate project management and education, Kim Miller sought a business model built on integrity and proven results. In 2014, she launched All County Fort Worth, leveraging her background to master the brand’s systematic approach. Over the last decade, Kim has evolved from a student of the franchise plan to a mentor within the community. Her journey is defined by a commitment to the "foolproof" All County roadmap, a focus on team empowerment, and a belief that long-term success is the result of patience, consistency, and the collective wisdom of the franchise network.
